Digital cards arrive within the hour; physical cards come in a linen sleeve with a wax seal, posted or collected. Valid three years across the restaurant, bar and events.
The signature package: degustation with wine pairing at 18:00, then VIP lounge entry with a $50 casino credit and a named host to walk you through the floor. Casino entry is 18+ and always optional; the dinner stands alone either way.
Membership fees cover the year from July to June. House credit accrues monthly and never expires while you're a member.

$50 per head for tables of six or more, or any booking on Friday and Saturday. Charged to card, credited to the bill.
Free to 48 hours before the sitting. Inside 48 hours the deposit converts to house credit; inside 24 hours it's retained.
10% service charge on tables of eight or more. 15% on public holidays, always disclosed on booking and on the bill.
